Summer is the season of shorter nights, holidays, light clothing, sunburn may, but also fruits and vegetables bursting with sunshine : finally here strawberries and cherries, peaches, tomatoes, melons, zucchini, peas, peppers…
Markets stain, meals are lightened. The season is delicious to our taste buds.

-HOME MADE ?

The "label homemade" is debated in the news of the summer and the implementing decree should delay to come into force. The restaurant does not specify its map the cooked food is suspected to offer frozen meals. Besides the fact that the conditions for assigning the "homemade" mention are so flexible that the label is empty of meaning, we are "seen by" skeptical about the very principle of this label…
