Recipe: Jimboura (sausage soup)

  • 3 liters of water
  • 1 green cabbage
  • 4 carrots
  • 2 onions
  • 3 turnips
  • 4 potato
  • beans
  • 3 sausages
  • Pig blood (optional)
  • Ail
