Asparagus Blayais gets IGP
Asparagus Blayais finally got this year the favorable opinion of the INAO (National Institute for Origin and Quality) for obtaining the IGP (protected Geographical Indication). This big white asparagus is the map of La Tupina for years in early spring and until late May.
