After a short stroll in the Saint-Michel, Alain Dutournier stopped at restaurant “KUZINA” to taste the cuisine of the new address of Jean-Pierre Xiradakis.

This is a dessert easy to make and delicious and original.
1 large pineapple
100 g sugar
5 cl rum
4 pineapple sorbet balls.
Peel the pineapple and cut it into slices thick enough about 3 centimeters.
Melt the butter in a pan incorporating sugar. Cook, stirring until liquid caramel. Put the pineapple slices and cook over low heat for 5 minutes on each side.
